For an example of how rare this is, in all of my time spent running I have only gotten this once

I'm pretty sure it isn't possible on episode 1

I just got it on episode 1 but i had to meet every character and still not get to the border to get it to trigger

I've played this game 3 times now and have always gotten it, I didn't think it was rare

you need to have specific conditions met

It's not that secret actually.

This happens when you have played most of the Levels already. I had that multiple times now.
