first, for a full game run in restricted catagory, is that all levels from a new profile or not, cause it makes a big difference.

second, are you allowed to use other, non out of bounds skips in restricted mode.

until i get an answer im just gonna asume that non out of bounds skips are allowed and you have to start from a fresh profile
