Angie's first spawn is always the same, up the stairs in the foyer
Her second spawn can be one of two locations in the Living Room. Next to the futon In the back corner next to the window It's possible to tell if she's next to the bed as soon as you enter the Living Room by listening for her unique giggle, if you don't hear her she's next to the window.
Angie's third and final spawn also has two locations, In the unmarked hallway next to the elevator In the foyer next to the blocked off door I haven't been able to get a consistent giggle from her at the Foyer location, so I recommend glancing to the right quickly to spot her before committing to the elevator spawn.
Not really a big deal but thought I'd share.
Something I have noticed about the spawns from about 5 playthoughs. If the second spawn is in that little room, then the third always seems to be by the elevator. If the second spawn is at the back corner then the third is always in the corridor right of the front door.
If you get the Futon spawn you can see angie if she goes into the foyer, if you dont see her enter on the left side during the animation, then shes outside the elevator.
As for finding her in the living room if you hear a gasp as soon as you enter shes next to the futon, if not then shes in the back corner.
These are my observations at least and if you get angie in the back corner of the living room then its true 50-50
