Not sure if this has happened to anyone else before but I figured I'd share it here.

While I was fighting the good ol barn fight bloated the things clipped through the elevator and then just vanished after taking a few bullets. Killed the nice PB pace run but I got a good laugh out of it. Not sure if it really qualifies as a soft lock because you can just reset it and start the fight over but I reset the run because of it.

(P.S. sorry the clip is so long, just made the clip for twitch and thought the forum might be interested!)

Weird one; these are just random things I think, sometimes enemy models freeze or they clip through walls and floors and everything; it happens

I actually had a time where both of the crawler molded on the pier after the happy birthday puzzle just straight up fell through the floor after jumping onto the pier; I didn't get to record it and I don't know how it happened in the first place. Game is weird sometimes!
