Im planning on summiting a ps4 but idk if you can't use vr I'm only asking because it makes your aim 100x better since you don't look with the stick

VR is allowed. VR is slower than normal though. I believe Ethan moves slower to avoid motion sickness.

The movement speed on PSVR is much slower. Changing the speed to "Normal" doesn't actually bring it up to the speed of the game not in VR. I made a video where you can see the difference just in the opening section moving from the car to the guest house that shows the time difference between non-VR, PSVR in "Normal" speed, and PSVR in "Very Slow" speed. You can see that here:

I'll add that most of the time the movement speed while outside is significantly slower like this, but even indoors it's slower than if you were running non-VR.
