I have a question regarding visual mods, are they allowed or would runs get rejected because of their usage? To specify it, I'm only talking about SFW-mods... As far as understanding the minimalistic rules goes, it's not clear if that's allowed or not.

You referring to model swapping, costume swaps, BGs? BGs, model swaps, music changes arent allowed. Costume swaps are hit and miss cause it depends on what all it does
