Thanks to the RE4Central team, a load remover is available on LiveSplit for PC Ultimate HD version. You may notice leaderboard changes that reflect a prioritized LRT for PC runs. If you decide not to use the load remover, you can put in the IGT instead.

This is an exciting announcement for PC runners and I hope you will enjoy the new timing method as aims to compensate for the disparity between hardware and performance on the Steam version of RE4. I encourage you to try out the LRT, continue to run the game, and keep having fun!

If you have any questions regarding the load remover, feel free to ask me and I’ll answer as much as I can. I helped mostly in the testing phases, so I can answer most questions regarding how it works.

Also anyone not currently using LRT is greatly encouraged to! We will always continue to have both IGT and LRT on the boards. Even if you do not like the idea of LRT, it can't hurt for everyone to be able to see where they stand without the uncontrolled factor of loads in the way!
