Hey, I play on PS4 and got the 1.3 update this morning. I've launched a Claire B glitched attempt and I've been trying the glitch for like one hour and never got it so far... Any idea ? Is it possible that it's been patched ? Has anyone tried this after the last update today ?

I am not sure if it matters but. On complete accent triggered the air walking in bottom of the labs where the two lickers are. This was at 11:30pm PST.

I saw that in a video too before 1.03 and ive only seen that done once (by accident). The thing is - labs seems to be pretty closed in and lickers dont like to leave their rooms meaning you cant get out of the actual room once airwalking is enabled

It's a shame they patch that sort of glitch, it was the same on Tomb Raider, devs are so disappointing to me: Come on guys, just fix real bugs ! Stop annoying runnners :/ I guess I'll just focus on glitchless now...

I wish they'd add patch notes

my guess on the oob type glitch attempting to be fixed is simply because they are still adding dlc and it can conflict with large portions of it... But the funny thing is - they didn't actually take the time to fix the mechanic but instead changed some values. Until they add in a new animation for the front leg - air walking will always be somehow achievable unless they add in some funky ass code. Reliability, though, is another issue and is probably what they were trying to disrupt

Glad Capcom are finally taking measure to fix real issues and bugs with the game. Shame for those that do glitched runs, but at the end of the day, a bug is a bug, and if it can be fixed, it should be.

I've never tried oob outside of just messing around, but does the patch change the route?

at the moment, no one can get sewers to work. But at the same time - since the character now just hops over shit - there may be new skips found soon.

I didn't test for very long but I couldn't get the courtyard skip to work either, it seems that now you need a handrail to correct your height.

The runs of that category should be reclassified as oldpatch% then if its had a drastic impact on it

@Anderson with the new patch it's like running a different game though since the route has changed and previous glitches no longer work as they did before.

While I can see and possibly agree that it might become necessary for something to change with the categories - right now its just far too soon to determine that for sure.

We are still working on finding replacements to what was patched - could be any day/time that we find a new sewers equiv skip for instance. Or not at all...

At the same time - capcom has made it obvious that they don't really want airwalking to exist and will most likely keep patching it out until they finally fix the animations... Which is only continuously resetting this scenario

So, to determine if we need a new category or changes - its simply just to soon imo... unless we want possibly weekly revamps to the leaderboard
