The mage animations make your feet practically always touch the yellow speed pads. Equipping more than 1 bear leg will undo this though, so just stick with 1 leg. With this equipped, you will be able to move way faster up slopes.

also make sure your charachter is set to R15 and body type is at 100%

so i found a cool time save idk how i did it so i dont know how to replicate it but it exists
