I've made my own map since the ones online seem to be unnecessarily complicated. The thing to realise is the floors are in this order (top to bottom)

Floor 1 ---- Attic Floor 4 ---- With Wally asleep Floor 2 ---- With Library (unnamed) ---- Starting level Floor 3 ----- Basement with Rocket

Once you put them in that order the map is quite coherent. Here's my map:
