If you lose records to the point that you have none anymore, you will remain on the leaderboard for one more month, showing how many records you lost. You will remain there until it gets updated.
Note: This leaderboard does NOT include full game runs, only level runs. HOWEVER, Christmas Rhapsody IS AN EXCEPTION to this.

When you update it each month, I would suggest editing the first post with the new leaderboard, and copy-pasting the previous leaderboard as another post in this thread. That way the most recent update is on top, but we can still see the progression over time.

Wow, Thank you @IvanderLatidjan :) I am doing it because I just really want an easy way for people to see the true record for these songs, rather than just the submitted ones... I still have a lot of work to do, but I know I will finish it eventually. It is one of those things I won't give up on. Thank you again so much :)
Well, I am sorry for my inactivity, I have had a bunch of things happening irl right now as I will be going to University next year.
I am not abandoning this project in any way, it is just that I simply don't have the time for it as of now, and I am not sure when I will. Please don't expect me to be active as I really wish I could be adding runs every day.
Whenever I get a chance, I will try to add runs and I will try to keep the leaderboard up to date, but yeah.

Perhaps, for a cleaner leaderboard, you could try and use a code block?
An example of this could be what I put below.
1st - 치킨각Cashper2 (120 [-14])
2nd - dogs are awesome 1131 PT2 and more (68 [-3])
3rd - Ak/RhythmGamer (31)
You could also separate record ties into a different code block as well.
