i think you should change it to "Collect all tapes and put them in tape players"

I think it should be kept "All Tapes" but put in the rules that you have to put all the tapes in the players for it to be a viable run for that category

I think it's a good way to show that it's an obviously different category. Because with (maybe) the exception of the yellow tape in the battery room every tape can be picked up during an any% run without adding any time as most of them are picked up during down time or on the way to somewhere (i.e the last tape). While it does seems arbitrary to HAVE to put the tapes in the VCRs but to me it shows that the category is actually different to any% without adding too much time to the overall run.
