On the rules tabs for ILs it says that saving and loading is not allowed, but I was watching an IL run that was submitted today and the runner was saving and loading. The run was accepted, so is it allowed to save an load for ILs? Can we saveglitch?

It clearly says saveglitch is not allowed but quicksaving and quickloading is allowed.

quicksaving and loading is not allowed. just from the top of my head I would assume that you watched the 14 out of bounds IL. What you're seeing is him just attempting several runs, he is not doing any saveloads in the actual IL attempts, it's just him resetting.
