I see that this game is very inactive atm but I wanted to pick up this run since it looks cool as heck, but level 11 does not finish when I enter the portal thing at the end. I've unlocked the final story bit, collected all the data fragments in the other campaign levels (and some in the bonus levels) and yet I still can't beat level 11. I don't know what to do.

Have you tried a fresh install of the game ?

Can you record a video of this? But I agree with diablo. Wipe your save data and reinstall the game if nothing works
