Brilliant Wooloo on Route 1?
I started a run and on Route 1, I encountered a Wooloo that was Level 6 and gave me 129W after I caught it. This is a brilliant Wooloo, right? What are the chances?

Overall, low chances in every area, but it is possible anywhere you go. Any Brilliant Aura pokemon will have 3 perfect IV's
