Hi All

I have never done any sort of speedruns or used any emulators so would appreciate as much help as I can get!

I have tried to read though some of the previous advice given but I think I'm too much of a novice for any of it, I would really appreciate if someone could help me get started.

What do I need? How do I get it? Any other helpful info?

You need the latest version of this emulator https://github.com/Dabomstew/gambatte-speedrun/releases , and a ROM of Pokemon Red (Which I am not allowed to provide.)

Don't forget a GBC bios image. Just go on to google, and search "GBC Bios Image" and find it. It should be a .bin file I think. Hope this helps.

^ Good luck! You also would need some sort of recording software (I recommend OBS).
