I only know some but most speedrunners know like is the house where you go at the corrner and get the hammer an glitchs that most speedrunners don't know will not help with any speedrun cause you still need the hammer but the vent that need the hammer I can glitch into the vent but roblox is down for most people like me so I can't help you.
