Praey for the Gods: "Speedrunning 101"

Here's also a brief clarification of the Terminologies used in my guides:
- Half-Cycle: Ringing the bell sigil 2 times before getting shaken off (It is more than a half since you ring it 3 times but the visual representation of the bell's remaining health covers half of the space, Hence the name)

- One-Cycle: Ringing the bell 3 times before getting shaken off (Every bell sigil you have to ring it 3 times to release the bosses)

- Smooth Traversals: I personallly often mention that in my guides and I use it as a way to describe the usage of either Physics manipulations, Hookspots or anything that helps the character going to a bell sigil for the next one.
