This guide will feature a step-by-step explanation of what to do in every battle on Disc 1, aswell as the route. Just as Toxic_TT states in his 100% guide, use this on the 2-nd monitor while you're running, or you can attempt to memorize it. I haven't made notes on Disc 2, but decided to post this anyway, in hopes that someone might get interested in the 100% Kills run, aswell as for those who do run 100%, so they can practice a bit and get a feel for it.

Knowledge of the names of locations is valuable here. I will update the guide with the image of the map where the locations that are unnamed on the map will have a number on them, a note with the locations name. Location names will be presented in [ ] brackets.

---What rewards to collect in the fights: some Recovery, all MP Boosts, 9mm Hydras, Pepper Spray, Grenades---

----Akropolis---- Start by opening in-game options and enabling Standart Cursor and Movement: Run. Personally I also set Music at 2. Go to Jodie's shop and buy 2 Pepper Sprays. Speak with Pierce and head out. Run across to the Elevator Hall on the next side and get the Cafeteria Key > Take 500 9mm P.B. on the bench > Run along the Patio fence, when you see the Stranger, aim and Pyro it's back, then fire 1 Burst from M93R, head to Cafeteria > Once battle has started, use Pyro twice, then wait for the Boss Stranger to stop recoiling, once it's about done recovering, Pyro it last time, grab Recovery 2 in the Battle Rewards > [Patio] Attach Pepper Spray in place of GPS and run down, once the battle starts run past/through both strangers then turn around in place to face them and use Pepper Spray, get point blank to the closest stranger and start firing with single shots, repeat for the second stranger > Use the phone near an elevator hall, skip the text, go to the [Forked Road] > Aim right away, Pyro the strangers back and shoot 1 Burst from M93, enter the [Fountain] > Loop around and get to the [Patio] > When you see patio itself, aim, you should target the moth, there are 3 total, shoot single shots, then run further and kill the rats, 1 Burst from M93 per rat is enough. > [Cafeteria] > [Hallway] aim right away and just shoot the rats > [Kitchen] aim, pyro the stranger and finish it with M93 > get Blue Key in the box on the wall > Use the Blue Key > [Fountain] get MP Boost 2 in the garbage bin > [Forked Road] > [Observatory] run forward a bit and aim, Pyro the stranger and finish it off with M93, bait other stranger to bite thin air, get to it's back, Pyro it and finish it off, get Tactical Vest from the dead SWAT on the bench and equip it, attach 9mm P.B., and some healing if you need it > [Promenade] get 4 Grenades from the White Box in front of the escalator (it's part of the background), use 1 Pyro + 20 rounds from M93 per Fatty, get MP5A5 from the dead SWAT, equip MP5 and Invoke Combustion > [Church] pick up the Red Key and run around the pews to the door to Roof Garden > [Garden] run to the door at the end and check it twice to get Black Card, run back to the door from which you came, turn around and try to catch all caterpillars with a single Combustion, if you fail to kill all, finish the rest with MP5. > [Promenade] flash the moths, shoot the rats with MP5 > [Observatory] use 2 Pyros on the closer Fatty, use 1 Pyro and a clip from MP5 on the other one, reward is 50 9mm Hydra > [Forked Road] aim Combustion in such a way that it catches all the rats and the approaching Stranger, when strangers starts getting close, cast Combustion and finish the stranger off with MP5 > [Fountain] > [Hallway] use Combustion, aim it so that it catches all rats and the Stranger, finish the Stranger off > Use Red Key, use MP Boost 1 > [Kitchen] aim, shoot the stranger that is eating the dead SWAT for ~70-80 damage, it will knock it back, run forward and use Combustion, finish off the second stranger > [Promenade] run forward and flash the strangers (this should also kill the moths), use Combustion on the strangers and finish them off with MP5, reward is 50 9mm Hydra > [Fountain] use 1 Pyro + full clip from MP5 per Fatty, once battle ends get the Grenade Launcher from the fountain, reward is 4 Grenades > [Forked Road] you'll be ambushed by 4 caterpillars, align the Combustion properly and kill them with it, if you fail, finish the remeaning ones with MP5 > [Observatory] you'll be ambushed by bats, run to the next escalator, aim, then as you start firing spam Aim-button and don't let go of the trigger, reward is 50 9mm Hydra > [Promenade] run forward and use Combustion on 3 sleeping caterpillars, flash the moths (don't get Blinded), finish the last caterpillar with MP5, [Garden] Don't move, aim and use Flash, once caterpillars start moving, wait a bit and then kill them all with Combustion, if you miss some, use MP5 > [Bridge] Code is 561, run over the fish > [Emergency Stairwell] Aim and kill the injured Stranger, rewards is Recovery 2, if you need healing, use it in the rewards menu. Invoke Pyro 2 then equip Aya's Jacket, attach MP5 and load it with Hydra, attach Recovery 2, equip Grenade Launcher and head upstairs > Once fight starts, aim at No. 9 and shoot 1 Grenade, Pyro him, reload the GL and fire another Grenade, run around the corner, reload the GL and run to the very end, once No. 9 catches up and is visible, shoot 1 Grenade, Pyro, reload and shoot, Pyro, reload and shoot (5 grenades total), switch to MP5, hit him with the Cord and Steam Pipe, if he's still alive, shoot him with MP5. Go to Jodie, buy PA3, 30 Buckshot and Turtle Vest, equip the Vest and PA3, open the trunk, store Assault Suit, Tonfa and GPS. Take: all Hydra, 2 Grenades, Protein Capsule, MP Boost 2, Belt Pouch, use the Pouch, attach in following order: M93R, Hydra, Pepper Spray, Protein Capsule.

----Dryfield Day---- There will be 2 battles before the Well that reward Combat Lights, get them both. [Main Street] Run along the wall, once Chaser is knocked Pyro him > [Parking] > [Toilet] interact with the girl, use two Pyros, reward is MP Boost 1 > [Parking] get 10 Buckshot in the dumpster > [Room 2] aim right away and catch both Strangers with Combustion, finish the surviving one with Pyro (might require some movement) > [Driveway] interact with the Well, once Bats spawn, run further in then aim, shoot the bats, wait for another batch to spawn, repeat until the battle ends (4 batches total, if you do it correctly, you'll use 4 PA3 shots) > [Factory] run to the breaker and turn it on. On the console use: Up > Turn > Down, get 10 R, Slug from the Trunk of the car, unlock the shutter and the fence door, use Up and Turn on the Console > [Garage] > [Main Street] once Scorpions spawn, change PA3 to M93 and load Hydra, gather Scorpions up and kill them with a single Comustion cast > [Room 1] go to the bathroom, once Sucklers spawn, get back to the door, aim and shoot once > [Parking] run forward and the Chaser will aggro on you, wait for him to face you, Pyro him, wait for him to hit the ground and finish him with M93, bait the other Chaser into the wall and Pyro him once he's down > [Balcony] aim right away, run forward huggin the left wall, Pyro one stranger on the back, finish the other two with x2 Pyros per each, drink MP Boost 1 > [Room 06] > [Water Tower] kill the first two Chasers however you see fit, but make sure you only use 1 Pyro on them, open the gate, as you run back, aim at the idle Chaser and Pyro him, repeat for the other one, enter the fenced area, use 1 Pyro on Chasers when they're about to get out of the pit > [Tower] unlock the gate, climb higher, get G&R Key from the corpse, Invoke Combustion 2 and equip PA3 > [Water Tower] once scropions start spawning, run outside and turn right (to the ladder from Room 06), gather the Scorpions into fence's corner and kill them with x1 Combustion > [Storage] aim, shoot all 3 rounds from PA3, if anyone is alive, instead of reloading PA3 switch to M93R and finish them, get the Magnet from the Fridge, equip Flare, but keep the Pepper Attached > [Bar] aim right away, switch to PA3 but don't reload it, use Flare > [Breezeway] once Chaser falls down, use Pepper, and once he's on the ground, Pyro him, use Intercom then get the Factory Key with the Magnet > [Garage] aim, shoot the closer 2 Sucklers down, run further in and shoot down the rest, Combust the three Sucklers you just shot down, finish the other two you shot first > [Trailer] Buy P08 and Grenade Launcher, ask about Shelter > [Junk Yard] get Rope, gather up the Scropions and use Combustion > [Garage] Run to the shutters, kill the Sucklers with PA3 > [Driveway] use Rope at the well > [Waterhole] run to the turn, aim and shoot, 2 shots should be enough, equip the Grenade Launcher and attach 2 Combat Lights > [Underpass] once battle starts, use Combat Light, aim and shoot the Gray Stalker before he falls down, reload, use another Combat Light, shoot him again then Pyro him, reward is 10 R. Slug and Protein Capsule, so get All, equip M93R, run to the end of the tunnel and turn the light in the [Cellar] > [Cellar] very shitty room, you're best bet is to improvise, I managed in x2 Combustions and some M93 bursts, get Flare in the box behind the kegs, get Snail Mag in the weapons cabinet for P08, equip P08 and Snail Mag, load P.B. > [General Store] use Combustion, get Cola in the fridge > [Souvenir Shop] there's 1 Mind Suckler and 2 Blood Sucklers, aim at the Blood Suckler that's not on screen, then kill the Mind Suckler, finish the last Blood Suckler, get the Belt Pouch at the Cash Register and use it, attach Flare> [Street] there are two Chasers, use x2 Pyros on each > [Warehouse] check the marks near the wardrobe > [Gas Station] put the M93 and Grenade Launcher into the car > [Main Street] x1Pyro + 2-4 shots per Chaser, there are two > [Room 1] use combustion right away, equip PA3 > [Room 2] shoot the Sucklers down with PA3, use Combustion twice, once in front of you as you entered, for second Combustion turn towards the bathroom > [Parking] run forward until you see the Chaser, Pyro him and finish him off with PA3, gather up the Scorpions and kill them with x1 Combustion > [Toilet] aim right away, then turn a bit (so that Combusiton covers the whole room) and use Combustion > [Balcony] use x1 Combustion per group of 3 Scorpions, if one Scorpion strays away, Combust two, and finish the last one with PA3, drink MP Boost 1 > [Water Tower] run into the fenced area, kill one Scorpion, try to gather up the rest as best you can to Combust them, if there are survivors after the one Combustion, finish them off with PA3 (there can be just one Scorpion left, you can Pyro him) > [Storage] aim right away and use Combustion, if there are survivors finish them with PA3 > [Breezeway] run just slightly past the Scorpion, kill him with two shots from PA3, run to the Intercom, turn around and Combust the rest > [Trailer] Ask for tools > [Garage] get the Wrench > [Warehouse] run up to the wardrobe, load PA3 with R. Slug and drink Cola, use the Wrench > [Dilapidated House] same strat here as in Any%, run up to No. 9's back, Pyro twice, shoot once with PA3, get to his back again, Pyro him twice again and shoot the remaining two R. Slug shells.

----Dryfield Night---- [Warehouse] shoot each Scorpion once with R. Slug > [Street] shoot Scorpions with R. Slug, once battle ends load Buckshot > [Souvenir Shop] aim and kill the Moths with 1 shot > [General Store] equip P08 in-battle and shoot the 4 moths > [Gas Station] start by Combusting the first two Scavengers, there's a position where you can hit both Scavengers with a Pyro when they're done jumping out, watch Wolf's or Sigma's Any% runs to get an idea of this strat, reward is Recovery 2, discard it, or use it in the rewards menu if you need HP > [General Store] > [Underpass] there are sleeping Scavengers here, don't engage in a fight with them just run to the Cellar > [Cellar] Combust the Scavengers behind the kegs, then Pyro two Scavengers near weapon cabinet once > [Underpass] load Hydra and just shoot all the Scavengers, don't use any PE here, at the end turn the light in the Waterhole > [Waterhole] get Protein Capsule in the hole in the wall, when Stalker spawns, Pyro him twice, attach Flare if it's not attached > [Driveway] use Flare immidiately, load P.B. and attach the Flare > [Garage] Use x1 Combustion, think there are 4 Scavengers here > [Junk Yard] Pyro one Stalker twice, the other one Pyro once and finish off with P08 > [Trailer] Buy M4A1, Clip Holder and on the rest of BP ammo for it, ask for a Car > [Garage] once battle starts, Pyro the Stalker once and finish him with M4, ran further in, Combust two Stalkers, finish them with M4, invoke Combustion 3 > [Breezeway] Combust the Bats > [Water Tower] aim right away, run a bit further until the camera change, kill moths, combust the Scavengers, run to the Strorage's door, finish off the moths > [Storage] x1 Combustion > [Bar] run into the toilet, get out and shoot one Blood Suckler, his explosion should kill the other one, get Cola in the fridge > [Parking] when Scavengers finish falling down, Combust them, take Combat Light from the Rewards > [Toilet] run in, when battle starts run back to door, face the wall, and use Combustion > [Balcony] there are Scavengers here, aim, x1 Combustion and x2 Pyros > [Lobby] #3033 on the Cash Register > [Balcony] x1 Pyro + 2 Bursts from M4A1 per Stalker > [Loft] 4487 code for the safe, attach Holy Water to armor, get Jerry Can, when Stalkers spawn, face the shelf in the middle and use Combustion, if you're lucky with the damage, once will be enough, if not, use it a second time, on rewards screen, use MP Boost 2 in your inventory, if you need HP, use Recovery 3 from this battle reward, if not, Discard it > [Room 5] turn slightly in the direction of bathroom and use Combustion, if you're lucky with damage, Strangers will die, if not, finish them off with single shots from M4, get Belt Pouch from the wardrobe and use it > [Main Street] shoot the moths, bait the Chaser into the wall and Pyro him > [Gas Station] there are two Stalkers, Pyro each twice, use Jerry Can near gas pumps > [Main Street] > [Driveway] > [Garage] go to to Junk Yard > [Junk Yard] Pyro the first Stalker twice, once the other two spawn use x1 Pyro + 2 Bursts from M4 on each > [Garage] give Douglas the gas, Invoke Necrosis 1 > [Driveway] run forward past the well, turn around and use Combustion > [Waterhole] x1 Pyro + 2 Bursts from M4 per Fatty > [Underpass] x1 Pyro + 2 Bursts from M4 per Fatty, there are 3 total, attach Flare at the end, if it's not attached > [Cellar] use Flare > [General Store] run forward and aim, then Combust the Scavengers while staying in the backroom > [Souvenir Shop] use Combustion once, attach Combat Light > [Street] use Combat Light on the 3 moths near the Souvenir Shop, kill the Chasers with Pyro, you can use x2 Pyro per Chaser, finish off remaining Moths > [Warehouse] use Combustion right away, shoot the survivors > [Dilapidated House] use Combustion here, unlock the door > [Gas Station] there are 2 Chasers, aim at one right away shoot to aggro and dodge him, if he hits a wall, Pyro him once, if not, Pyro him once and finish off with M4, same for the second one > [Room 1] x2 Combustion > [Room 4] Combustion right away, if there are survivors, finish them with M4 > [Room 3] shoot the Blood Suckler in front of you, Combustion the rest, there's a Blood Suckler between the beds, so aim the Combustion accordringly > [Room 2] x2 Combustion >[Parking] shoot the moths, deal with the Chasers, you know the drill by know > [Toilet] you might need to move slightly to be able to aim, once done, aim Combustion so that you cover the whole room, all this can be done without a camera change > [Bar] > [Storage] x1 Combustion [Water Tower] combust the two Stalkers that initiate the battle and finish them with M4 if needed, Pyro the third one and finish him with M4 > [Breezeway] aim, use Combustion, wait for the Chaser to start getting up, use Combustion again, shoot the remaining Moths > [Room 6] > [Loft] start aiming, once battle starts use Combustion, if Stalker survives, kill him with M4, aim again and use Pyro > [Room 6] equip P08 and load Hydra, attach Pepper Spray if it's not attached, Invoke Necro 2 and Energy Shot 1, take a nap > [Balcony] once fight starts use Pepper, get in-between Room 5 and 6, hug the wall of Room 6, use Energyshot, use Necro on Burner, use Energyshot again, fire away, re-apply Necro when needed, once his face gets blown off, try to monitor the damage, when you feel like you've dealth ~1000, run towards Loft a bit, shoot him and re-apply Necro if needed, rewards are Protein Capsule and 4 Airburst, get All > [Loft] x1 Combustion > [Room 6] > [Bar] aim right away, aim Combustion so it hits the bathroom, aim again and Pyro the Scavenger behind the bar > [Parking] x1 Pyro + M4 on Chaser, 1 Combustion per group of Scorpions, reward is Flare, take it > [Balcony] > [Room 5] run to the bathroom, aim, use Combustion > [Room 4] use Combustion right away, finish the survivors with M4 > [Room 3] shoot the Blood Sucklers, Combust the Scavengers at the end of the room > [Room 2] use two Combustion to cover all room, if the Blood Suckler close to you survives, finish him with M4 > [Room 1] x2 Combustion > [Gas Station] take Grenade Launcher and 1 Grenade from the Car, put the PA3 and Buckshot away > [General Store] aim, position Combustion so that it hits 3 lanes in the store, go to backroom and Combust it, attach a Flare > [Street] use Flare, finish off the Chasers > [Dilapidated House] aim, position the Combustion so that it covers the whole room except the lone Scorpion in the corner, Pyro that lone Scorpion after using Combustion > [General Store] > [Underpass] > [Junk Yard] You can Combust both Sucklers and one Chaser, finish him off with M4A1 or a Pyro, and kill the other Chaser however you see fit > [Trailer] Buy 32 Grenades, ammo for M4A1 and 2 Pepper Sprays, take M950 from the box, Invoke Pyro 3, Energy Shot 2, equip the Grenade Launcher, attach Flare and Pepper Sprays > [Garage] talk with Kyle.
