help. i do not know how to break fast

It's very simple once you do it. First, you mine a block, and then take your mouse off of the project window when mining said block. You can then move your cursor up and down if you're mining forward. What is really hard is the duplication glitch. I have never successfully done it, and the tutorial isn't in the guides, so only Astrauwu can do it for now.

I mean, there's literally a video in guides. Its the only one. Also every glitched run uses it.
