Here’s a list of the exact stat changes each item in the game has. The numbers were taken from the gameObjects.JSON file in the Pagan3_data/data folder. I sorted the items by category and then listed them by order of appearance in the file.

Stats: The stats that can be changed by items are as follows: health, faith, strength, pierce, armour, speed

Health (HP) Increases your maximum health

Faith (FTH) is needed to damage ghostly enemies (the daemon boss and the torso boss, as well as the brown generic enemies in the temple)

Strength (STR) is the other type of damage, and is used for all the enemies that don’t use faith

Pierce (PRC) is needed to bypass armor, and is used in conjunction with either strength or faith to damage armored enemies.

Armour (ARM) reduces the amount of damage you take

Speed (SPD) increases your movement speed

Items: If a stat isn’t listed for an item then the stat change is +0.

Weapons:

Piercing Spear: str + 1 prc + 7

Mystic Blade: fth + 1 str + 1

Old Pistol: No stat changes

Battered Shotgun: str + 1 prc + 5

Armour:

Cuirass: arm + 3

Ranger’s Cloak: spd + 2

Priestly Vestment: fth + 2

Cursed Mask: fth - 3 str + 3 arm -3

Tarot:

The Fool: No stat changes, used to unlock the secret ending

The Magician: fth + 1

Priestess: fth + 2

Empress: str + 2

Emperor: str + 1

Hierophant: fth + 3

Lovers: arm + 1

Chariot: spd + 3

Strength: str + 5

Hermit: spd - 1 fth + 3

Fortune: No stat changes, gives you an extra item drop on enemy kills however.

Justice: fth + 2 prc + 2

Hanged Man: spd -3 str - 10 fth + 4

Death: spd + 3 prc + 3 str + 3 fth -10

Temperance: spd - 3 str - 5 fth + 7

Devil: fth -20 str + 6 prc + 6 spd + 6

Tower: arm + 3 spd - 1

Star: prc + 4 hp + 5

Moon: prc + 2 hp + 10

Sun: hp + 15

Judgment: prc + 7 arm + 7 fth + 7

World: No stat changes, used to unrestrain the martyr

Misc Items: These items can’t be equipped and as such don’t change stats Labour Voucher: Has no purpose

Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg, Right Leg, Head: Used to build the martyr

Wormhole Engine: Used to enable fast travel between the temple and the town
