For the 100% you need to get 99999 batteries and all costumes bought (which is more batteries then you might think) so all you need to do is go to 4-4 and keep doing the level, try to kill all the enemies because they give you 5 batteries. At the end of the level there is a big lego robot which when killed gives you 500 batteries! just repeat a bunch until you have what you need.
