I have a question on the 4star could that be from a previous save or all one run? because from a NG+ it would be about the same time frame as the current 3 star runs BUT if you're doing 4 star in one run from the start it would be double the time. so about a 6hr 30 min run. Time can be saved in routing and probably saved in the first play through because you don't have to get all the stars the first go around so would save time on the score screen.
Again I'm looking at this at all the possible time saves (we can skip levels so cant save time there) and from what I've seen the more stars you get the longer it takes to progress to the next load screen, so if you wanted a true 4 star run it would be an any% run followed by a true all star run all at once. again about a 6 hr 30 min run.
