Taken from the estonian version of the game though that shouldn't matter. These levels are missing from at least some of the other versions of the game so they unintentionally always use the 'Hard' difficulty maps no matter what difficulty is selected, the obstacles are supposed to be very different depending on what difficulty is used.
The way these files work on the working version of the game is that the 'Easy' and 'Normal' folders themselves are meant to be in "Data -> Levels" (where the existing .aim and .LEVEL files are) BUT in the broken versions of the game, even if you place the folders there, the game doesn't seem to be able to load maps from those folders so in those versions you would have to replace the already existing ones in "Data -> Levels" to load them.
