With the new timer update and other pre-existing problems like movement being faster, previously "New" runs have been put in the "Old v2" category, and a new "New" category has been made. This means that the boards have essentially been reset again.
You should update the rules as they are outdated. Explain that runners are required to record them clicking the reset button then the start button without moving. Also since you did a wipe, you can be strict about fps unlocker and reject new runs using them. Maybe you can implement that runs on pc are required to have shift + f5 enabled. From experience, fps unlocker is a huge advantage with maps containing long ladders making it unfair for mobile or console players. Your decision.
