Only use in game time

@Khirba Time is only for high-level ties. For example, Person A and Person B both get 1:32.26 in Any% Shortcuts Used. We would then use RTA to break the tie.

Is there actually a difference in RTA other than load times

yep, also I think we would go down to milliseconds sometimes

But the game tries to update at 100fps and no one records ovor 60 so the IGT is more accurate isn’t it
