Does an r4 card count as an emulator?
I've been wondering this since I have been wanting to run nsmb but I only have the game on an r4 card and I've heard it has inconsistent loading times.If anyone answers this thx
From what I read from the game rules, R4s are not allowed at all. So even if you submit under Emu I don't think that will be accepted.

The game itself is only like 12 dollars if you want to switch to console later
