Hello. I just start speedrunning and i try metal slug X. I play on xbox one but i don't know where my run can be classified ( WinKawaks or other). And my second question is how to change the difficulty of the game. Thank you in advance.

The xbox version will go under the "Other" section. As for difficulty, you should be able to open up a settings menu with the "Select" button, the difficulty levels are noted in the level leaderboard header section, and change the difficulty section. It's done in this video, try and follow along would be my best bet:
