Okay there has been some miscommunication about how the rules should be. So I am here once and for all to say how they should be.

CC: 150cc CPU: Hard Vehicles: ALL Courses: In Order Items: Balanced

I do know 1 run is on this leaderboard that doesn't have a balanced item run, but if we decline it, it breaks our rule of WR's needed a video proof. My deepest apology to all runners who are affected.

I was about to post 2 MKWii runs with the Strategic Items setting before this rule change, RIP. :(

So what are going to happen to the runs that clearly don't use "Balanced" items?

So a lot of people are confused about how this wasn't a rule before now, but it was. It wasn't enforced but since it was a small community, everyone knew balanced/recommended was the required one. SpeedRunsLive (host of all speedrun races) has a rule under their MKWii section saying Balanced is required.

UPDATE: Runs now must require CPU to have All Vehicles!

isnt it better to have a video-less run as wr than a wr not even following the rules!?
