Edit1: For the quan chi assasins you can also just spam LK. Having trouble with the Uppercut damage boost? a freeze next to the enemy wont be blocked, then roundhouse kick. The quan chi strat works better in the Very Hard difficulty, but can still be used in normal, and its not necessary to move to the right as i say, because Sareena will have to run that same distance so in the end its the same thing. General Rule: Enemies that cant grab you can be cheesed to death with Slide>Grab>Repeat. Can grab you: Hulk Monk(Level 5 Fire element), and Everyone in the final level (except AXE wielders)
Edit 2: The last part of the guide, especially the quan chi assassins ( Kia, Jatakka, Sarenna) is quite outdated and bad, so just do the next thing. Carry to the corner and then neutral jump kick spam, the input is to just hold up and press a kick as you go down, this has a bit of RNG to work but its the most consistent and easiest method, worth mentioning that you can also beat scorpion like this.
