i was thinking about a new category to speedrun called golden mario where you start on a new file and start the timer once you start the 1st grand prix and the timer ends once you unlock golden mario.
A whole new file just for a golden mario% run? It'd be interesting but the setup seems really tedious for each attempt
it is and would take a good couple hours but i think it could be cool as you need to stay foccused for 6+ hours
ok so i know its been a couple months since this thread died but i had an idea to the problem listet above and that would be to just have it be 150 and 200cc as i think it could be a fun run that would take like 4hours and would let people who are good at both the categories but not the best have a shot a getting a world record
