Just a quick question, is there a certain time limit you have to pass for you to HAVE to post a video?

They're not in the rules yet, but time limits for video requirement have been agreed upon a few months ago already. Not sure why I still haven't announced/applied them yet though, so I guess I'll do that later this weekend and they'll be in effect in December ?

Ok. Because i literally have no way to record my runs, and the only thing im relying on is splits.io :(. I legitemately do my runs, but when this rule is verified ill have no way of having proof

Most of your times probably won't need video. Message me on discord if you want an easy way to record though

Is there cheap capture cards like 100$ or below?

I really dont have enough money... but i guess ill keep hoing with my runs that dont really need a video

I think cap cards are around $100 if you solder them yourself, but you gotta have experience. Anyway if you have a phone or webcam just point it at the screen.

You can always just put a phone on the edge of a table and have it pointed at the 3DS. Quality doesn't matter TOO much, as long as it is possible to see what is happening. That's what I normally do though
