Hey! I've been really enjoying running this run, nice short and just enough RNG.
I'm just wondering if it's worth considering merging some of the categories? As far as I can tell, 3+4 are identical, as are 5+6 and 7+8.
I assume there are some casual differences with other elements however for a speedrun they're identical unless I'm mistaken.
Glad you're enjoying it, received many verification notifications all of a sudden. I'm pretty sure you are correct in that those age groups are the same. Happy to leave as is though for now. The main run action will generally be on the easiest and hardest difficulties anyway.
I think its probably worth while merging. 4 6 and 7 isn't going to be run and we are starting to discover the same RNG within the runs now too.
3-4, 5-6, 7-8 makes sense.
Just an update that we merged 3+4, 5+6 and 7+8 as they were identical pairs of runs, for the purposes of Any%. It was just creating duplicate runs on another board with less competition.
An age annotation has been added to the boards to identify which age has been used in the run.
