Retroarch can be used with it's Genesis Plus GX core to attain a higher level of audio accuracy for RTA Any% Megadrive runs. It is also generally easier to capture than Fusion if you're running it in fullscreen mode.

I've linked to the latest stable builds (as of this posting) from their buildbot page. You have the option of using 32bit or 64bit versions as well as a portable zip install or downloading the installer directly.
