Twin Snakes - diagonals fix

The game has a bug wherein Snake will walk instead of run when pushing the left analog stick all the way diagonally. On PC, this can be fixed by limiting the radius on the stick. For DS4Windows, this can be done by lowering the Max Output setting on the Axis Config tab when editing a profile. Be aware that if you ever recalibrate the stick in Dolphin afterwards while using this profile, the fix will be undone because the lower value will be considered the maximum.
