bedrock runs should be acceptable because its a bit unfair if only java can play thats leaving out people on console
The reason we are not accepting Bedrock runs, is because Bedrock and Java edition differ too much from each other. Like on Bedrock you can climb ladders a lot faster, and on Java there is a slime glitch that makes players bounce super high, and players also regenerate way faster on Java. Because of these differences it's not fair to have them in the same leaderboard.
An option would be to create a different category only for Bedrock runs, but I doubt there is enough interest in that. Counting your run, we only have received 2 bedrock runs in total.
In 1.21.2 Mojang fixed the sneak slime glitch, which is the most used glitch used in speedruns, because of that, from now on, all the old runs are moved into 1.20~1.21.1 category, and the default category is now 1.21.2+.
