if it doesnt pass the limit, there are more runs to verificate in the list that have been waiting more, thats how it works, they cant be eternaly responding everyone to be verificated they will see the speedrun and verificate it

One more thing, if I ask them to verify my run and it has been 3 weeks, and they still say be patient, what do I do

You should message one of the mods but remember there are over 1k+ runs so be patient they are quite busy and they will get to your run as soon as possible. :) these things take time.
