To include netherite. Separate the categories to pre-1.16 and 1.16+. Must happen at some point, so why not now and let people start running! I would definitely run these...

And also I think a Netherite Ingot category in Obtain Item would be great if people want to be lower-key

Oh and updated All Wood Logs for the nether trees too
