-can I die? -is there an Age Limit? -Can I stop the timer and video if I need to go?

-Yes, and respawning is allowed -Speedrunning hasn't age limit, however, these are the rules for this website: https://www.speedrun.com/rules and one of them says: • Users under the age of 13 should not use speedrun.com -No pauses are allowed during a run, no cuts or editing in any way that affects the viewing of the run, that also means that if you pause your game the time still counting. And you don't need to use a timer either
