Emulators are not allowed mainly for these two reasons:
- Bluestacks allows for easier TASing.
- We platform split based on physical device. It would be unfair for mobile players to compete with someone using a PC, and it would also be unfair for PC players to complete with someone playing Pocket Edition (due to the release differences of the game)
