I read in the rules that any modifications of shape and form are forbidden. Does it count as a modification?
Show coordinates are allowed, but I am not sure about the shared controls. I don't even know what shared controls are because I no longer play mobile Minecraft. If you can describe shared controls to me I can probably give you an explanation
Shared controls means, that you have a cursor in the middle of the screen, like on oc or console. If it is off, then you have this circle that shows you where you pointing at. Did you understand? I am pretty bad at english, excuse me.
I think you mean split controls with the crosshair in the middle. If yes, its allowed

After completing a Top Run (Top 5 Main Category/1st ILs), you must exit the world and go to the main menu.
For top Windows runners, you still have to do PowerShell verification.
