So basically if you don't get the wood at first but go get the 3 beds then go to the blacksmith and if ur lucky u can get obi iron pick and even some spare iron for a bucket, also get 2 logs, and don't go to spawner, it might not be a great strategy but for me its the best. I'm not sure tho.
Neither do you or I. Having a bunch of runs isn’t nessacary though. Having a good relationship with the community and some game knowledge should be enough. The rest they are probably willing to learn you.

After completing a Top Run (Top 5 Main Category/1st ILs), you must exit the world and go to the main menu.
