Quick guide for setting everything up in order to get the best possible performance while speedrunning 24w14potato. This may get outdated as more speedrunning mod's make ports for the snapshot but i will try and keep it updated.

Step 1. Install fabric; install the .jar and open it up then select show snapshots and scroll down until you find 24w14potato (not the 24w14potato_original). Make sure Minecraft launcher is closed. Link: https://fabricmc.net/use/installer/

Step 2. Go to the Minecraft Launcher and click on "installations" and then check the box under versions which says modded. Hover over "fabric-loader-24w14potato" and click on the folder next to it. Now your file explorer should open up, double-click on mods. Now download and drag the .jar files from the .zips listed below here into the mods folder: https://www.speedrun.com/mc_af/resources/ndc86 https://www.speedrun.com/mc_af/resources/ps6wv https://www.speedrun.com/mc_af/resources/crjmi

Step 3. Open up "fabric-loader-24w14potato" and click on the gold boots to start speedrunning.

Here is the multi Instance version:

Step 1. Download and install Multi Mc, and login with your Microsoft account.

Step 2. Right click in the blank box and click on create instance. Then check the box labeled "Snapshots" and click on 24w14potato and then click okay.

Step 3. Right click on the instance you just made and click on "Edit Instance" then click on install fabric. And install the newest release. Then click on close, and right click on the instance and select Minecraft Folder and then select mods. Then drag the .jar files from the .zips listed on Step 2 into the mods folder.

Step 4. Rename the instance to Instance 1, 1, etc (optional). Then open up task manger, click on performance and cpu. The divide your logical processers by 2. Example: 24 divided by 2 equals 12. Then take that number and right click on your instance and click copy instance and make how many you got from that number (mine is 12 so i would have 12 instances). (Before you copy anything make sure you configure your first instance the way you want it to be. Keybinds, sounds, graphics etc.)

Step 5. Download the SimpleWallScript: https://jesper-hustad.github.io/SimpleWallScript/ and configure it to the number of instances you have and what way you want them to be shown.

Step 6. Double click all your instances and use the SimpleWall's refresh keybind (default is Ctrl + Y) to start speedrunning. Use the select keybind (default is Ctrl + E) to select the instance you want to play to start speedrunning.

Special thanks to Luminosity and tildejustin for making and creating links for the ports respectively.
