Currently timer glitch is allowed so https://www.speedrun.com/mc/run/zgnj46jy can kill a wither skeleton with tries without extra IGT; yet it also leaves some stupid run https://www.speedrun.com/mcm_d2/run/zq6ol3xy . What's the exact line? (some seem saying no multi Minecraft process?)

i think it has something to do with laggy pc but thats just my opinion.
