I usually play with dynamic FOV off but I'm not sure if there is a legal mod to disable it for 1.16.1 speedruns.

optifine disables dynamic fov in settings

Yeah I've been using sodium but I couldn't find it. I also tried phosphor and lithium but I didn't see anything related.
