Somebody updated the wiki 6 days ago with a slightly different setup than a regular dupe where you wait 5 seconds before quitting, but i couldn't replicate it in game "This method is a simple method and has been around since the beginning of the Alpha stage. This method involves dropping the items you want to dupe, and then saving and quitting.You would then reload the world, pick up the items and press Alt + F4 about 5 seconds later (on Windows). Then relaunch the game and reload the world. The items should be duplicated"

Also in bug report about the original dupe they say that is possible to replicate the technique in 1.14.4 and has a way to reliably replicate it in bug report MC-161408 but that bug report can only be accessed by admins

so my guess is that there is a way to reliably set up a dupe in 1.14.4 but I don't know what it is. Maybe the guy on the wiki is right and I'm just doing it wrong
