F3+S Allowed?
Hello! I have just come across this site to post some speedruns, and I just had a quick question. Is F3+S allowed in the Any% Category? I thoroughly read the rules, and sorry if i missed something, but it doesn't seem to be mentioned, and it really seems unfair. I would appreciate any clarification on this matter. Thank you!
