Yes, you are allowed to use sodium, lithium, AND phosphor. We just haven't changed that in the rules yet but we'll add it at some point. Also sodium is the main mod that improves fps the most

To be honest if you want to speedrun and you have a crappy laptop then you gotta use them to increase fps and be able to use higher render distance and i use them too as I have a crappy laptop with Windows 8.1 Pro LMAO
