Downpatching the game (for Wall Clip categories)

After a patch in April 2021, something changed that made wall clips very inconsistent. 

Thankfully, there is a way to downpatch the game to a version that has much easier and more cooperative wall clips.

To access this version, do the following steps:

1. Right-click Manifold Garden in your Steam library and click "Properties"

2. Go to Betas and select "14704 - Speedrunning Branch" in the drop-down menu, and let it update to include the needed files

Mod note: Some lag induction techniques listed in this doc are no longer allowed. The only bindings allowed are those available in-game. Changing mouse dpi or editing Windows's key delay is outside the scope of the game and therefore, not allowed.

Holding PrintScreen, binding a key to `screenshot_normal` using the in-game console, and hitting Alt+G are the only allowed methods of lag.
