Hello I am looking to submit a run for finishing a game. Does this have to be livestreamed? Can i set the quarters to any time i want?

You'll need video evidence and your time log from splits.io or others. There were talks about making a Standard 5 min Quarters category & an any%/quarter length category. I'm not too familiar with how things work in terms of changing things around though.
